WOW Dorm Announced
WOW participants staying in the dorms will be staying in Winona State’s Prentiss-Lucas Hall.
This facility is extremely easy to reach via MN43 or US61, and is right off Huff Street. Several convenient parking lots sit nearby.
A good map looking at campus from Huff Street is at http://www.winona.edu/internationaloffice/sitegraphic/mapiso.htm. Prentiss-Lucas are buildings number 17 and 18, at Huff and King Streets. The mailing address, useful for mapping purposes, is 265 W. King St.,Winona, MN 55987.
Dorm check-in – which is separate from ride check-in – will take place from 5-9PM each night. Lodgers will receive information about breakfast time and venue at that time.
Ride checkins will take place in the courtyard area. This is where participants will get their packets, sign their waivers, and get maps each day for rides.
Those not staying in the dorms are welcome to park nearby for the ride start.
So is there still openings left in the dorm, do I need reservations, an how much is it a night ???
Do I just walk into the dorm room to check in there and then go somewhere else?? Where
Packet pickup is right in front of the dorms. You can pick up your packet, then check into the dorms.
I need an emergency contact number to give to my husband here at home.
Also, do we need towels, soap for the dorm?
Nope on the soap/towels/etc. for the dorm. I usually bring a towel anyway.
